About Us

The Hawkshurst Group was formed to a major problem with the consulting services in the market today.  While there are many consulting companies that claim to address strategy, many of the people working for those firms have never had line of business accountability for revenue and results.  You need a consultant that shares your sense of urgency, but does so in a way that works with your team rather than aginst them.

We have found that in addition to developing a successful strategy, companies must consider the way each of their constituencies will exhibit the strategy, and must align all of the major business functions and resources with the strategy.
